The comprehensive training seeks to promote accountability and social justice, respect for diversity, tolerance and sustainable development of the person. To promote the same, then, means to defend the particularities of each person and at the same time to celebrate them.
People are a unit in itself but at the same time they develop on several levels, that is, on the one hand they can study language and mathematics but on the other they train for a sport or possess a quality that makes them develop in ease in certain situations or disciplines (if he is good at arguing he can be a speaker, or if he is akin to music with some musical instrument).
That in addition to being a student who goes to an institute to learn is a human being who feels and is excited, who is part of a family and has friends, and therefore the human relations that he builds also form as people.
The comprehensive training recognizes all these levels (or at least more than a few) and tries to develop them throughout the life of the student, since this is not something that is done at one time. He understands that this process is not only in the classroom but also in any area where it is related to others and even found alone, whether studying, playing or meditating.
To aim at the integral formation of a person implies the full development of this and also of its environment, because no person lives isolated, quite the contrary, we live in relationship with others.

How to promote a comprehensive education?
1. We are more than students
If we accept people as beings that develop in different dimensions then we must also focus our efforts as educators in other areas that are not only the subject matter we teach.
